How to update your payment details within the Double App?

If you're looking to amend or update your payment details on the Double Dashboard, you're in the right place. Follow these simple steps to ensure your information is up-to-date:

  1. Access the Double App: Start by opening your internet browser on your desktop and navigating to https://app.withdouble.com/.

  2. Navigate to Settings: Once you're logged in to the Double Dashboard, locate the settings option at the bottom left corner of the screen and click on it.

  3. Update Billing Information: Within the settings menu, find the section for billing information. Here, you'll see two settings: the subscription plan you're currently enrolled in and the payment details associated with your account. Click on the latter to proceed with updating your payment information.

  4. Update Your Details: After selecting the payment details option, you'll be prompted to input your updated payment information. Make the necessary changes and save your updates.
