Delegation coach helps you identify high-ROI tasks to delegate to your Double

Share your thoughts with Mingo, whether it's a spontaneous brainstorm, a list of tasks you've been delaying, or a project you know can be delegated but are unsure about the specifics. Mingo will assist you in organizing your ideas and sharing them directly with your Double to set clear expectations for the best results.

Delegation Coach is currently in Beta and available to a select few Executives. If you'd like to gain early access to Delegation Coach Beta, please email [email protected] to gain access!

How do I access Delegation Coach?

1. You can find Delegation Coach by logging in your Double app

2. Delegation Coach is hosted by Double’s AI, Mingo. Mingo will suggest common themes that seasoned executives like yourself delegate. Choosing one will help guide Mingo with more tailored suggestions or send a message directly to Mingo through the chat for additional delegation guidance.

3. Mingo will share examples of tasks you can delegate, and ask for further clarification to refine its suggestions.

When you see a task that you’d like to delegate to your Double, click ➕ to add it to your task list.

Your Double is notified any time a task is added to your task list. Look out for a response from them in your Double app or where you usually communicate with them.

4. If you’d like to see more similar suggestions, let Mingo know in the chat and share a 👍👎 on the message so it can further refine its suggestions the next time.

I don’t regularly use the app, is Delegation Coach for me?

Yes! Everyone can use this regardless of app usage. You will need to log in to the Double app to access Delegation Coach and regardless of your previous usage, it remains an effective tool for brainstorming and learning about delegation best practices. While using the Double application is recommended for quick responses from your Double, you're welcome to apply the insights from Delegation Coach using your preferred communication method with your Double.

Can Delegation Coach help with troubleshooting?

Delegation Coach is specifically trained to assist with goal setting and creating tasks to delegate to your Double. For assistance on other topics, please visit our help center.

How much does Delegation Coach cost?

Is my personal data safe when I’m using Delegation Coach?

To make personalized suggestions, Delegation Coach considers the preferences in your Profile as well as any additional details shared in the chat. Delegation Coach does not consider any additional information in your task list or information you choose to share with your Double via other chat conversations.
