How to cancel your Double subscription?

To begin your churn process, please follow the steps outlined below (please note, your action is needed to complete the cancellation process):

  1. Access your Settings within the Double app.

  2. Select the Billing option on the left-hand side.

  3. Choose the option to cancel your plan. *Important - clients who cancel within the first 10 days of the month will be billed the cheapest option between the plan base cost and the hourly rate of that plan (based on the number of hours used). Clients who cancel after the first 10 days will be billed for a complete month at the normal plan rate.

After completing these steps:

  1. Remove accesses from your calendar, inbox, and any other internal tools you had previously shared with your Double, and do not forget to retrieve the data stored within your 1Password vault (if applicable). Your 1Password vault will be deactivated when your churn is processed.

  2. If you cancel after the first 10 days of the month, your account will officially close on the last day of the month.

Additionally:

  1. You will receive your final invoice by the third business day of the following month.

  2. The invoice will include any hours delegated up to the date of cancellation.
