How do I provide feedback to my Double directly?

At Double we always encourage the executive and assistant to keep an open line of communication. On your onboarding call or a first 1:1, it’s important to align on expectations around communication, work results, etc.

Our assistants are very open to feedback as they know it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach and you may have specific needs/expectations.

If you notice something your assistant is doing is working very well for you, it's good to let them know so that they are aware of your preferences. On the flip side, if you notice that your assistant can improve in some areas, we encourage you to give specific feedback on what can be improved and how you would like to see it improved. This will help your Double understand the feedback and take appropriate action.

What if I am not comfortable providing my Double with feedback?

As mentioned, we encourage you to communicate specific feedback directly to your Double. However, if you prefer, you can communicate the feedback to [email protected] or to your assigned Customer Success Manager. We will ensure that our Operations Team reviews the feedback with them and coaches your Double to improve and better align with your expectations.

Feedback should be provided in a timely manner, ideally as soon as possible after the event or situation has occurred. This will help our team and your Double address any issues quickly and prevent them from becoming bigger problems.
