How Do I access the Double App from the web?

Access your Double web app by entering app.withdouble.com into your web browser. Once you’ve arrived, you can sign in with the email address provided to us when you signed up.

💡 Tip: ☝️ To keep your todo list accessible from desktop, pin or bookmark the tab to keep it close and get notified by your Double.

How do I access the Double app from my iPhone?

To keep up with your to dos and delegate on the go, download the app to your iPhone here. With the iOS app, you can:

  • Follow what your Double is working on and has done today

  • Quickly send a voice message to your Double to create a new task

  • Chat with your Double on each task you delegate

  • Receive push notifications whenever your Double creates or updates a task

💡 Double is currently only available on iOS for Apple, but Android users can still access their web app from their browser (see above)

How do I use the Double web app with my EA?

The app was built with busy executives in mind so that you can focus on what’s important to you. With each feature, we focused on making it even more seamless to delegate to your Double.

  • Pre-Onboarding Checklist

    Before you get officially started with your EA during your onboarding call, you’ll be able to view your pre-onboarding checklist. Feel free to get started on this in advance so your Double can get started with your tasks quickly! This checklist includes:

    • How to set up an email address for your Double through your domain

    • How to delegate your calendar and inbox

  • Tasks Tab 📨

    The Tasks Tab is your home page on the Double Web App and it’s full of features to make it easier for you to delegate tasks, to communicate with your EA, and seamlessly view the status of tasks and projects.

- Send messages with your EA using the General Chat

- Set up a new To Do using the Purple + Icon

- Send a voice message as a new To Do

  • Templates Tab 🧭

    The Templates Tab is a great delegation idea generator. It can unlock new types of tasks and projects that you’d like your Double to take over for you. Double based this on the best practices and most commonly delegated tasks from our current Double executives.

  • Profile Tab 👤

    The Profile Tab serves as a way for you to provide pertinent information to your Double about your contact information, important people in your life, your preferences and more! As you and your EA begin working together, they can continue building this for you as they learn more about you.

  • Slack Integration 💬

    To access the Slack integration page, navigate to: Settings tab → Integrations Slack in your Double Web App or following this link.

    The following features are available via the integration:

    • Chat with your assistant about new and outstanding tasks, and stay organized with one thread per task.

    • See current status on all your tasks and quickly assign new tasks using /mytasks and /newtask commands.

  • Google Chrome Extension

    To download the Chrome Extension, navigate to the Settings tab → Integrations → Chrome in your Double Web App or follow this link.
